What is the Victim Witness Portal?
The Victim Witness Portal is New Jersey’s automated Victim Witness notification service.
The Prosecutor’s Office receives a case and screens the file to add victims to our notification system
The Prosecutor’s Office sends an initial letter to the victim with an authentication code to register for the Portal
Once registered with the Portal, the victim will receive status letters electronically and be able to refer back to previous letters
The Portal will also allow the victim to update their contact information, complete and submit forms electronically and view the status of their case
The Victim Witness Portal is a free service offered by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and the Office of the Attorney General. This portal service is designed for Victims and Witnesses. Once registered, the Victim will receive immediate information about their case and be linked to Victim Services.
